Meet The Team
Christy Lund
Christy is the owner/director of both Inspired to Move Dance Academy and Inspired to Learn Education Center. She is the mother of 5 daughters and has has spent many years homeschooling and providing educational opportunities to her own children. Inspired to Learn first opened in January 2019 inside Inspired to Move Dance Academy. Christy has a passion for education and looks forward to growing this program and inspiring a new generation of children!
Katelyn May
Katelyn has been teaching for the last 9 years, and has loved every minute of it! She earned her Early Childhood Education certification from Bates College, and takes Continued Education courses annually. Previously, she worked at Annie Wright in Tacoma with children from preschool through 8th grade. Most recently, she taught preschool at Northwest Christian Academy, up until Inspired to Learn Education Center opened in January 2019. Katelyn also teaches dance right here at Inspired to Move Dance Academy. She has a passion for theatre and teaches acting through Appletree Productions, and occasionally instructs acting camps through Olympia Family Theatre.

2 Days/Week

Our 2 day/week program generally runs on Mondays & Wednesdays. However, if you have special circumstances, let us know and we'll try to accommodate your schedule!

3 Days/Week
Our 3 day/week program runs Monday, Wednesday, & Friday. Our program combines fun and meaningful activities to build key skills to ensure your child is ready to succeed.
$2600/year

Tuition Info:
* Tuition prices are based on a full year, September through June.
* You may choose to pay the full amount in one lump sum or to divide your payments up into 10 equal payments.
* If you choose to make monthly payments, tuition is due on the first of the month and considered late after the 10th. There will be a $25 late fee for all delinquent accounts.
* There is a $50/year registration fee to help cover class supplies.
*Occasionally we must close because of weather. We follow North Thurston Public Schools for weather related closures. If schools are closed or delayed, we will be closed for safety. We do not refund for canceled classes.
